Beach South is honestly my favorite place to call home since I've had my own apartment. The office staff is awesome and the buildings are always clean and quiet. The apartments are great, and there are a lot of amenities.

Beach at South at the Lake is an amazing community! Neighbors are courteous of each other and management is quick to respond whenever there's a problem. Been here for two years and will most likely renew our contract again. Most definitely recommend!
